At Sauna WellBeing ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website, Sauna WellBeing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Free shipping in the contiguous United States

  • No Hidden Fees:

    • All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

 


 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders:

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.  Approximate delivery times:

  • West coast: approximately 3-5 business days

  • Mid-West: approximately 10-12 business days

  • East coast: approximately 14-16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transit issues, or carrier issues.


5.2. Delivery Scheduling 

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a specific day and time (Monday - Friday).

  • Delivery windows are typically within a 4-hour timeframe.

  • Curbside delivery only


5.3 Packaging and Delivery Process

  • Delivery will be made in one box or more depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped upright to a pallet.

  • Delivery will arrive in a 53-ft semi-truck or large box truck, and a single driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or end of the driveway only.

  • If there are any special delivery considerations (e.g., remote location, long driveway, large or low-hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs etc.), please inform us before shipping.


5.4 Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Once the sauna is unloaded, please immediately inspect the box(es) for any signs of damage.

  • Note any minor scratches, indentations, or scuffs on the delivery receipt.

  • Take photos of the packaging.

  • You do not need to open the box(es) to inspect the sauna.

  • If you notice any significant damage, such as large holes (most likely caused by freight carrier forklifts), please refuse delivery.

 


 

6. Tracking Information:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking Number

  • Carrier Name

  • Link to Track Your Package

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed Delivery:

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@saunawellbeing.com  or 602-837-2632.


7.2 Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for change in delivery address or redelivery.


7.3 Damaged Packages

  • Reporting Damage: Once the sauna is unloaded, please immediately inspect the box(es) for any signs of damage.  Follow instructions in section 5.4 above.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Buyer may return the goods to the Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of the Return and Refund Policy. For more information:  Return and Refund Policy 

  • Returns:

    • Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in new, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
