This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sauna WellBeing website located at Sauna WellBeing ("Website").

3. Return Eligibility
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to the Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. The buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy.

3.1 Conditions for Return

Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in new, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Return and Refund Process
All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until:

Goods are confirmed to be undamaged and in acceptable condition, at Seller’s discretion.
Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return

Return Authorization:

After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
4.2 Preparing and Shipping Your Return
Once a return has been initiated detailed return instructions and freight information will be provided..
5. Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be requested from the Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees.
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following:

Storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods.

Handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each product.

All shipping costs to and from the Seller.

All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If the return is due to a defective product, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, Sauna WellBeing will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Inspection Upon Delivery

Once the sauna is unloaded, please immediately inspect the box(es) for any signs of damage.

Note any minor scratches, indentations, or scuffs on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of the packaging.

You do not need to open the box(es) to inspect the sauna.

If you notice any significant damage, such as large holes (most likely caused by freight carrier forklifts), please refuse delivery.
6.2 Incorrect Product Received

Inform us immediately upon receipt.

Resolution:

We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.
6.3 Product Never Arrived

Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.
6.4 Order Cancellation

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Custom products made to your specification are non-returnable and non-refundable.
